    payment for treatment

    14.  Q: Is treatment for snoring and OSA covered by insurance?

    Answer:

The treatment of snoring alone is typically not covered by health insurance plans. However, the FDA-approved Pillar® Procedure or Coblation® of the inferior turbinates (to improve the nasal airway) may be covered by your Health Savings Account (HSA). Both major surgery and CPAP treatment options for severe, life-threatening OSA are often covered to some extent by nearly all major medical plans.

You may consider inquiring with your health insurance provider regarding reimbursement for any consultation or treatments.

    15. Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

    Answer:

Cash, Check, Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit/GE Capital Finance Company, Health Savings Account (HSA).

    16. Q: Do you offer payment plans?

    Answer:

Yes, we accept payment from CareCredit, a GE Capital company that provides loans to patients for aesthetic and other non-insurance covered medical treatments (i.e. Invisalign orthodontics braces, Lasik eye surgery, plastic surgery, snoring, etc.). We will accept the 6 Month No-Interest Plan or 24 Month Extended Payment Plan or 36 Month Extended Payment Plan.
